Summary:
(in English)

The investigation was conducted at a multinational insurance and financial services company over two years. Systematic evaluations of individual potential (according to the method developed by Elliott Jaques) were conducted as part of the process of induction and orientation of new hires.

In the author's view, these evaluations resulted in the creation of an institution capable of understanding and integrating the structure of its work systems. This innovation also resulted in the creation of a structure of positions segmented by levels of complexity.

This method is deemed to be an enormous contribution to job evaluation methods for public and private organizations since it also establishes a new way of managing them. The Jaques method of job and individual evaluation is a powerful tool for organizations looking to improve their effectiveness.
