Leadership / Organizational Design:

  • Assisted the EVP of the Group Benefits division of a global financial services company to build a more innovative work climate, through aligning and focusing the top 100 leaders on this challenge and initiative.
  • Worked as a trusted advisor to the CEO and his executive team of Canada’s largest retail organization to design and implement a senior leadership development strategy for the top 300 executives in the company.  This included developing a customized leadership model, 360 instrument, top team alignment work, executive coaching as well as a high potential talent pool identification, assessment, and development strategy.
  • Assisted one of the top 10 law firms in Canada to re-design its overall governance structure (board, enterprise-wide management, geographic business units) and coach its senior leaders in order to re-align its senior leadership to work synergistically on the strategic priorities.
  • Designed and delivered a customized leadership program for all senior officers of a global financial services firm on how to set performance objectives, evaluate, measure, and coach leadership capability in their direct reports as a part of the performance management process.
  • Worked with the CEO, senior executive team, and HR/Talent Development leadership of a global Middle East petrochemical company to design and recommend a comprehensive succession and leadership development program for the high-potential middle managers
  • Advised the EVP/COO of a global commercial real estate company, on how to get his senior executive operators more focused and accountable for strategic asset management, through redesign of the senior leadership structure and accountability framework, as well as individual leadership coaching and development.
  • Assessed and coached senior partners in a large national law firm, which was having difficulty retaining their talented young lawyers.  We implemented organizational changes to enable senior partners to be more effective leaders to retain and develop high-potential talent.
