Christoffer Andersson is since October 2010 Vice President and Head of Solution Area Billing and Customer Care, for Ericsson Group. This Solution Area covers key Business Support System offerings, from former LHS’ BSCS Billing and customer care to service fulfillment and order management. Before this, he was in India 2007-2010, responsible for building a local business to create Multimedia experiences and IT solutions in the areas of Business Support Systems, Satellite TV and Service Delivery Platforms. With a management team of former top executives from TV broadcasters, IT integrators and operators, the unit got established among the top of Ericsson's growth units.

Christoffer global experience spans from Silicon Valley to Spain and Sweden since the 1990s in the areas of selling, marketing, developing and integrating IT solutions. He has a deep passion for the mobile broadband revolution, and the IT systems and great people that make it happen. He holds 9 patents and is a frequent speaker at Industry events and writer for industry publications. His second book "Mobile Media and Applications - from concept to cash" (John Wiley and Sons) was an industry best-seller at Amazon.com and the at 3GSM World Congress.
