Dr. Sheila Rossan started as a lecturer in social and developmental psychology in Jaques' Faculty of Social Sciences and has taught for more than 20 years.
Sheila works as a management consultant and has assisted a variety of national and international organisations, both in the U.K. and internationally.
She has also convened and taught a course in Organisational Analysis.
In addition to being CPA-trained, she pioneered in the development of IRIS.
