Anne has extensive experience working as a senior executive and management consultant helping business leaders to build more productive work environments. She has worked internationally in a variety of industries with organizations such as Torex Gold Resources , AngloGold Ashanti, Oman Oil, Vale Inco, Vancity, BMO Financial Group, George Weston, Canadian Pacific Railway and Apple Computer.

In 2012, Anne was appointed to the role of Vice President, Human Resources with Torex Gold Resources (TGR). Anne is accountable for implementing the 'systems leadership' tools required to build a work experience that encourages team members to willingly give the best they've got. With such a work experience, it is anticipated that TGR will be able to operate at productivity levels that are 30-50% more productive than their competitors.

Anne has been a lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She is a founding member of the Global Organization Design Society and was a key contributor to the seminal book Re-inventing HR – Changing Roles in the High Performance Organization.
