Ms. Taggart's mandate is to attract, engage and retain a talented and diverse workforce capable of achieving BMO Financial Group's goal of becoming the top performing financial institution in North America.

Since joining the bank in 1977, Ms. Taggart has played a key role within Human Resources in the areas of Organization Development, Training, HR Planning, Employee Relations, and most recently as the Vice-President and Business Partner for Personal and Commercial Client Group.
