Stephen Nicholas Xenakis is Founder of EEG Analysis Service, LLC and currently a Senior Consultant with Organizational Design, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, in addition to his Directorship (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) at The Psychiatric Institute of Washington in Washington, DC.

Stephen is a retired Brigadier General from the US Army Medical Corps and has held executive positions in private companies, including President & CEO of Lexicor Health Systems.
