Christine Baker's career spans 30 years. She has been using Elliott Jaques' Requisite Organization Model as the framework for her consultancy projects since 1997. Her clients have ranged from national subsidiaries of multlinational organizations (in the UK and Central Europe) who are looking to improve the ways in which they develop their infrastructure, talent pool and managerial processes through to start-up businesses who want to build a robust organizational foundation.
Christine is also involved in a number of academic research projects with Brunel University and is now looking to conduct research into the maturation of mental capability in children and its implications for their high-school education (anyone interested in joining her in this particular field would be very welcome).
Since 2009 Christine has also been offering online and tele-coaching programmes to HR practitioners who wish to use RO as a framework for their client interventions.
In 2011 Christine is launching a US subsidiary company based in Chicago. She will also be launching two niche services:
'Leadership by Levels' development programs for managerial leaders preparing to make the transition to the next organizational level.
'Transformational Leadership Development' individual coaching services for managerial leaders who need to develop multi-dimensional cognitive capabilties in order to cope with the increased level of complexity inherent in leading large-scale transformational change programs.
Prior to starting her own consultancy Christine held senior managerial roles in retail banking and HR Development functions within one of the UK's top banks.
