Bonnie Fowke is a co-author of The Smart Creative: Finding, Developing and Keeping Leaders for the Digital Age, 2017.

She was a Principal with Hickling-Johnston and an Associate with William M. Mercer. 

As a consultant, Bonnie worked with psychological and psychiatric colleagues in the development of assessment methodologies, and with clients in aligning staffing decisions with organization design to support the implementation of strategies

She is trained in CHC methodologies that classify cognitive skills within seven clusters of abilities that demonstrate moderate to highly significant correlations to academic achievement skills.   She uses CHC and levels of capability and trajectory in supporting the development of managers and professionals to realize their maximum potential. 

She is a past President of the International Enneagram Association.
