Ben Farrell is an Organizational Improvement Consultant, and Managing Director of Bee Squared Consulting based in South Australia.  He began his career in improvement via managing operational teams and specialist teams, before moving into outsourcing and later Process Improvement and redesign.  Throughout his career, his focus has always been on how to improve the current state into a better and sustainable future state.  He has 12 years’ experience in the Wealth Management and Financial Industry, completing MBA, Lean and Six Sigma Training, always with a focus on organizational improvement.

Recent areas of improvement focus include process redesign, automation, retention, peak performance in efficiency and general analysis/projects to drive significant business savings. Ben has co-authored Organizational Coherence – an exciting new technique for aligning organizational activities throughout the levels and functional silos to ensure better outcomes for
customers.

Ben has a strong interest in Requisite Organization Theory, having seen how powerful the theories, techniques and activities are when applied well.  Many of the organizations Bee Squared Consulting have consulted into are implementing RO.  As a result, Ben has a good working knowledge of RO, and Bee Squared have specifically tailored their organizational Improvement techniques to work rapidly within RO organizations.
