Career

Cason was the founder and CEO of Stratified Systems, Inc., advising CEOs in large-scale projects for the application of Requisite Organization principles; developing application processes and tools; and supervising the work of Requisite Organization practitioners in training.

Cason was also the founder and CEO of Cason Hall & Co. Publishers, founded for the purpose of making Elliott Jaques' current and early work readily available to the academic and business communities in the United States and worldwide.

In addtion, she was also co-founder with Elliott Jaques of the Requisite Organization International Institute whose mission was to deliver RO services to organizations, train RO-based consultants and to carry out RO-related research.

Ms. Cason's management career was spent in financial services, management education marketing, and human resources where profit center accountability gave her a strong background in business and management.

  • Brought her extensive career experience in producing management development training materials to support Elliott Jaques in developing resources more accessible to those who want to explore and use Jaques's theories
