Sheila Deane has over 20 years of experience in the science-based application of Requisite Organization principles in the workplace. She has human resource management and line management experience in retail, manufacturing, services, and heavy engineering industries.

Sheila’s expertise is leadership effectiveness and measurement, organisation design and implementation, team working and strategic human resource management. She brings rigour, clarity and a practical approach to leaders who need to develop effective structure, systems and leadership practices that build accountable, productive, trust-inducing workplaces.

My goal is to continue my work in management consulting to support executives and managers at all levels to design and manage workplaces that enable every employee to do their best work in a mutually trust inducing environment. In this field my experience has been in the areas of organisation structure, role design, cross-functional role relationships, leadership practices, conflict resolution, teamworking, and talent management.

Specialties: Implementation of a whole of business leadership framework comprising effective leadership practices, leadership scanning, leadership development, organisation design (structure), people systems design and implementation, role clarity (accountabilities, authorities, role relationships), cross-functional alignment for embedding organisation structure as well as for effective implementation of key change programmes such as IT implementations, executive coaching; effective teamworking.
