Sheila Deane has over 20 years of experience in the science-based application of Requisite Organization principles in the workplace. She has human resource management and line management experience in retail, manufacturing, services, and heavy engineering industries.

My goal is to continue my work in management consulting to support executives and managers at all levels to design and manage workplaces that enable every employee to do their best work in a mutually trust inducing environment. In this field my experience has been in the areas of organisation structure, role design, cross-functional role relationships, leadership practices, conflict resolution, teamworking, and talent management.
