Se ha desempeñado como Gerente de Empleos, Educación & Desarrollo en Acindar y anteriormente, en la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de la Organización Techint..

Integró el equipo que implementó el Modelo de Requisite Organization en Acindar, participando en forma directa con el Dr. Elliot Jaques por más de 6 años.

Actualmente dirige su estudio vinculado al área de Selección, Formación y Desarrollo Organizacional.

Como docente ha dictado Planeamiento de Carrera y Desarrollo Profesional, en la Licenciatura en Relaciones Industriales, UADE,  Administración de RRHH, en la Licenciatura en Ciencias Empresariales, Universidad Austral y Diseño de Organizaciones en el ITBA.
