Mike Jay has been a professional business and executive coach, consultant and accomplished entrepreneur for more than 40 years. As a business leader for much of his life, he has experienced first-hand what it means to deal with difficult management issues. As a serial entrepreneur he has participated in his share of "successful failures." Mike's broad business background adds a depth of real-world knowledge to his ability to connect with clients, audiences and organizations.

As an award winning U.S. Marine, Mike parlayed his military leadership experience into cutting-edge agribusiness and was a nationally featured agribusiness innovator. He received his Bachelor degree from Texas A&M University, where he also won the highest award for senior athletes, the "Aggie Heart Award" leading the 1975 Aggies to a Southwest Conference Football Championship as a quarterback. Mike's experience in leadership led to management success in medicine, hospitality and business services. He went back to graduate school at the age of 40 to study Business & Organizational Behavior. After coaching managers in a business and corporate environment for over 20 years, Mike founded a premiere business & executive coach training system, www.b-coach.com, when he realized the way leaders communicate and develop was key to leadership success.

Mike has been featured in international publications for his innovative work with employees in more than 27 countries. His service to people in businesses such as Coca-Cola, Exxon, EDS, Ford, General Dynamics, and other business leaders through 1000s of coaching sessions is the hallmark of success and generosity. Continuously learning and evolving while learning and sharing knowledge with others has led to broad experience all over the world in coaching, consulting and leadership.
