The European Organization Design Forum Conference 2015

RE-IMAGINING Organizations, RE-IMAGINING Design

October 2nd to 3rd, 2015
Milano, Italy

The aim is to create a connected community by exploring inspirational perspectives to release organisational potential. We expect more than 100 organisation design professionals and some special guests to be part of this adventure. In order to connect easily the community members, experiences and ideas we’ve organized the event as a continuous coffee break time, since in an “Open Space Technology” event people can move at any time and choose their best session. So, if you’re not learning or contributing in your team, practice the “two feet rule” and use them to go somewhere else in the conference

Our venues

For the first time in the Mediterranean area, this year’s event will be held in the beautiful and vibrant city of Milan, during the 2015 “Expo” Universal Exhibition period. The 2 days of conference (Oct 2nd and 3rd) will be hosted by IED – Istituto Europeo di Design, the leading fashion, design, management and visual communication school.  The 2 days of pre-conference masterclasses, for those who will be attending them, will instead take place in the beautiful spaces of Copernico, the innovative ecosystem in Milan to live a work experience of creativity, sharing, growth opportunities.

Open space technology

We’ve chosen Open Space Technology (OST))once again, as it is our favourite approach to purpose-driven leadership, for hosting meetings and conferences  focused on a specific and important purpose or task, without any formal agenda beyond the overall purpose or theme.

Special guests

All of our participants are important players, making the annual conference happen together. Nevertheless, we’ve taken care of inviting a few shining practitioners that will ignite the conference flow with their world-class experiences and generous energy. Come meet them at #EODF15!
