Lord Wilfred Brown's Exploration in Management film,

Made in the United Kingdom about 1970 by Bancroft Productions for use in management development programs at the Glacier Institute of Management (GIM).  Lord Brown founded GIM in 1961 first to train the Glacier Metal Company's own managers but then opened the institute to train managers of companies across the UK.  Staff of the Brunel Institute of Organizanitonal and Social Studies (BIOSS) which Elliott Jaques directed, often staffed these programs.
