Speaker A If we go into the area of research, frankly, I'm not an academic. I'm into the real world of experience and in, frankly, making money. And if there was to be more research done, it would be what's the relationship to making more money and requisite organization and showing that relationship very clearly? Because that's actually what would sustain the argument much more profoundly that I'm creating an organization that is less coercive than other organizations and where people are able to develop their capacity better than other organizations. Because at the end of the day, the chief executive has to make a big leap that more utilization of capacity and less coercion results in more profit. And it's really, really important to expose that that is or isn't true. So that's where I would if I was an academic, that's where I'd be focusing my attention.
