MARÍA RAQUEL POPOVICH is an organizational development consultant headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She holds a Ph.D. from UADE (Thesis: CEO's Accountability in Large Enterprises, 2002) and a MBA jointly from Deusto and USAL.

Since 1982 she has taught Marketing, Strategic Planning, Natural Resources, Hospitality Management, and Organizational Development. She wrote two books and editted a third.

In her consulting practice she assesses entrepreneurial capacity through application of Requisite Organization theory and practice in the private and public sectors. She facilitates change through organizational analysis, improving design the CEO's role, corporate governance accountabilities and the strategic planning process.
