As Director of Organization Design & Effectiveness for BMO Financial Group, Rob is accountable for building strategic capability and competitive advantage through the design of optimal organizational structures, focusing on high performance and effective strategy execution.

Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Rob worked as an external consultant, with Coopers & Lybrand and independently, consulting to major Canadian and US financial institutions, as well as the Canadian and Australian federal governments. He began his career as an internal Management Sciences consultant with Bank of America.

His background includes organization design, performance improvement, business process reengineering, operations research and business modeling.

Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Organization Design Forum, an international professional group for organization designers.
