
Pablo M. Kanterewicz, Business Consultant in Organizational Development, Human Resources & Quality Management, received a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Chemical Engineering degree from the National Technological University of Argentina.
His consulting practice covers a wide spectrum of customers, ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies and the public sector.
In the Organizational field his services include the analysis and diagnosis of organizations, alignment of organizational architectures with business strategy as well as the design and implementation of managerial and human resources systems.
From 1992 through 2001, Mr. Kanterewicz led a large Requisite Organization development project under the supervision of Dr. Elliott Jaques.
He has also been contracted by the Interamerican Development Bank (BID) in Argentina and has worked as Senior Consultant for The Levinson Institute (Boston, Mass.) on projects both in the US and South America.
In the Quality Management field his projects include the design and implementation of Quality and Continuous Improvement Systems aimed at achieving world class operations and was appointed Judge of the National Quality Award of Argentina, from 2001 through 2005.
Throughout his career Mr. Kanterewicz has held both professional and managerial positions in Acindar, Monsanto Co. and Dow Chemical Co. in Argentina.
Mr. Kanterewicz is currently Professor of Organizational Development and Human Resources in the Masters Program in Quality Management at the National Technological University in Buenos Aires.
He was Professor of Quality Management in the Master Program in Human Resources at El Salvador University of Buenos Aires.
