  • Mr. Harding also spent time working in Germany as General Manager of Mallinckrodt's European business.
  • In 1997, Mr. Harding left Mallinckrodt to become President of Bespak, Inc., a drug delivery technologies company.
  • He joined Tyco Healthcare (now Covidien) in 2001 as President of Mallinckrodt Baker, a global specialty chemicals business. He led the company through a requisite change in strategy and structure resulting in moving a stagnant business into double-digit growth.
