At IBM I am responsible for the talent & skills ecosystem for our information & analytics group.  By ecosystem I am focused outside of IBM working with academic institutions, professional societies, clients, and business partners.

The data revolution requires every part of our ecosystem to transform their organization, bringing in the right new talent, creating new data focused roles at all levels, and rethinking their organization design.

Major organizations and consulting firms that provide Requisite Organization-based services

A global association of academics, managers, and consultants that focuses on spreading RO implementation practices and encouraging their use
