Michael Brush is a senior partner and co-founder of COREinternational inc, a Toronto-based management consulting business that helps corporate executives and managers achieve superior results by aligning the right structure with the right people, the right managerial processes, and the right leadership practices.

With over 20 years of experience in management and consulting roles, Michael is highly skilled in organization design, restructuring, and alignment, and in implementing management systems and practices. He has helped dozens of private sector organizations align their work systems to fulfill their mandates. He has also designed and facilitated many sessions on strategic planning, management education, team building, and change management skills development.

Michael has held various management roles with Union Gas and AT&T in the areas of operations, finance, organization development, and business transformation.
