Charlotte Bygrave is a consultant with  more than 25 years of experience in creating and leading strategic human resource management functions in multi-national firms in the pharmaceutical, financial and retail industries.

She has worked with management teams in the United States, Mexico and Canada

As a Vice President Human Resources, she worked with executive teams to develop and implement new organization designs, facilitate strategic change including mergers and acquisitions and develop and implement integrated human resource systems to improve organizational performance and business results. .

She was a member of the Boards of Directors of the Wellesley Central Hospital and the Sherbourne Health Cente.

She is the Principal of Bygrave & Associates in Toronto and works with clients in both the private and public sector. She focuses on working with senior leaders to assist them in establishing optimal organization designs, implementing goal setting and business planning processes, assessing talent pool requirements and availability, and strengthening managerial leadership practices.
