Jan De Visch (1961) is owner/executive director of Connect & Transform and Executive Professor at the Entrepreneurial MBA at Flanders Business School (by Catholic University of Leuven). He facilitates major organizational development projects and has applied RO concepts in more than 25 companies.

Jan has a masters degree in Organisational Psychology, from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium. He also followed the General Management Program in Ashridge (London).

He built a career as Human Resources Director in three multinational companies (ING, Group Van Roey-Franki and Sanoma Magazines), developing an integrated Human Resources Strategy that supports the Organisational change strategy. He was involved in Organisational Development, Mergers and Acquisitions. 

He is author of The Vertical Dimension (2010) and Leadership: Mind(s) Creating Value(s) (2014). In both publications he shares his experience with work levels.

He served as a board member of the Belgian Employers Association and of the METENA group, a strategic think tank linked to the employers association (the METENA group). He also contributes his knowledge and experience to a variety of educational programs at several universities.
