Novus is one of the few companies that has developed a comprehensive RO-based Novus Management System

The Issue:

Initially, Novus was founded as a spin-off from the Monsanto Chemical Company about 1990.  Its first President, Joe Privott, was as chemical engineer at Monsanto and had experienced a well-developed management system there.  He wanted to select an integrate theory-based system for his new company that would appeal to his scientifically trained managers. He explored and found Elliott Jaques and his Requisite Organization
